Pathfinders Services
Utilising Māori and Pasifika values to encourage and empower our rangatahi to change their outlook and attitude towards life’s challenges.
Providing the motivation and tools to prevent our youth from reoffending and rentering the justice system.

Our Approach
We believe in a holistic approach to mentoring, with a focus on Māori and Pasifika Values. We will focus on ensuring our rangatahi are well supported in their day to day lives.

Positive Reinforcement
We believe in the power of positive reinforcement. Our mentors use positive feedback and encouragement to help rangatahi build confidence and self-esteem.

We help our youth set achievable goals and provide them with the tools and support they need to succeed.

Life Skills Training
We offer life skills training to help youth develop important skills such as time management, organization, and communication.

Mental Disability Support
We recognize that developmental delays can impact decision-making abilities, as well as contribute to mental health challenges influenced by environmental and genetic factors

Community Involvement
We believe in the importance of community involvement. Our mentors work with youth to identify opportunities for community service and involvement.

Whanau Involvement
We believe that whanau involvement is critical to the success of our mentoring program. We work with families to provide support to better help their child
